Resin products are brittle in nature and there is a risk of breakage in the shipping process. Self-repair work may be required in the unfortunate event that they arrive in imperfect condition. All items are guaranteed to be in good condition prior to shipping.

If statues do arrive damaged, most Studios/manufacturers do offer free repairs as long as you cover shipping both ways. Depending on the extent of the damage, it may be cheaper to fix it yourself than to have the Studios/manufacturer fix it.

Pre-order Cancellation Policy

A restocking fee will be applied for all Pre-order cancellations. If an order is cancelled within a week of order placement, the cancellation fee is 10%. If an order is cancelled after the one week mark, a 30% cancellation fee will apply.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within a week of delivery. A restocking fee of 30% will apply for all returns. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
